These terms apply to creators who join Ekko Branding's Creator Hub, creator network and/or creator database.

By joining the Creator Hub and accepting these terms, you agree to the following.
In these terms:
“Ekko” means Ekko Branding ApS.
“Creator” means a person who has applied to or joined Ekko's Creator Hub, creator network or creator database.
“Creator Hub” refers to Ekko's creator community and associated systems used for communication, information, creator opportunities and creator sourcing.
“Content Bank” refers to Ekko's selected presentation of creators and creator material, which may be shown to existing or potential clients.
“Creator Opportunity” means a specific paid or unpaid opportunity, project or assignment communicated by Ekko.
Joining the Creator Hub does not in itself constitute a collaboration, employment relationship or booking.
The purpose of the Creator Hub is to make it easier for Ekko to identify, evaluate and match relevant creators with projects for Ekko's clients.
Membership is free and non-binding.
